At Alpic, our team is our greatest asset. We’d rather run a. clear and complete process than a fast, vague one. You will always know which stage you are at, who you are meeting and what comes next. Every stage is designed to tell you as much about us as it tells us about you.
Our typical hiring process looks something like this:
Engineering roles

- Take-home assignment. Two to four hours, close to what you would actually work on: a small implementation plus a short architecture note.
- Technical interview. We go deep on your assignment and on a project you are proud of. No leetcode.
- Fit interview. With founders or members of the team you have not met yet. Values, vision, motivation, and what we are like to work with.
- Final interview. With founders or members of the team you have not met you yet. Any remaining questions, on both sides.
- References. Around three, ideally including former managers. We tell you before we call anyone.
Go-to-market roles
