Vision

AI is replacing traditional search, and with agents it is starting to take action on our behalf. Those agents will not use interfaces built for humans: a new internet is emerging, where models talk to applications through AI-native protocols. Alpic is building the missing infrastructure layer that powers this shift.

Mission

AI assistants are moving from answering questions to taking actions on behalf of users. Businesses that want to be part of those actions need to adapt their products & services to use in AI.

Alpic helps companies build, deploy, distribute and analyze the performance of their MCP servers & ChatGPT apps. Our cloud platform, open-source frameworks, and Build Studio accelerate go-to-market while reducing the resources needed to launch and scale AI-native interfaces for both B2B and D2C businesses.

Team

We are a team of second-time founders, with a successful exit with our first company, Streamroot, a video streaming infrastructure company. We met in college at Centrale Paris, worked together at Streamroot, and the team has weathered more than ten years of startup life together. We were early adopters and are major contributors to MCP: we built MCP servers, clients and tooling from the beginning of 2025. Today Alpic has dozens of apps live in the ChatGPT and Claude stores, built for some of the largest names in travel, retail, luxury and SaaS in Europe.

Funding

We raised a $6M pre-seed round led by Partech, with participation from Kima Ventures, Galion.exe, and founders from Mistral, Datadog and Dataiku. Grants and subsidies bring us to a total of nearly $8M raised in our first ten months.

How we work

• Office-first. The Paris team works from the office four days a week, with one remote day. We think the early years of a company are built in the same room.
• English is the working language, across Paris and New York.
• Feedback is candid and two-way. You are expected to challenge your manager and the founders, not only to receive.
• The mountains are non-negotiable. Our annual ski offsite is sacred, and we think you should be able to build a billion-dollar company and still make the last lift. If winter sports aren’t your thing, we also love the moutains in the summer!
